In this instruction you will learn how to manage customer feedback (Compliments and Complaints Register).

- review the feedback
- record the investigation process
- re-assign a Feedback Folio
- close a Feedback Investigation
TIP: Whenever a field has a pen symbol at the end of it, you are able to edit that field. All changes are live and changes in folio fields will often occur even if you don’t select a tick, Save, or Update button.
