PEN29 Setting up Email Communication

In this instruction you will learn how to set up email communication with a client or case manager.

Depending on your agencies configuration it is possible to send Individuals (clients) emails or SMS messages from the following locations in Penelope:

  • Individual Profile
  • Case
  • Service File
  • Service Event
  • Group
  • Group Event

 

This feature is particular useful as it keeps a record of all communication sent to a client within Penelope.
