In this instruction you will learn how to add a Cart Item to an event to give more detail as to why the client did not attend an event.
Recording attendance marks a Service Event (appointment) as resolved. Events can be marked as follows:
- Booked
- Show
- Cancelled
- Cancelled by Therapist
- Late Cancel: Billed as No Show
- Late Cancel: Remove Billing
Please Note: You can only mark attendance to an events if you are assigned to the Case and have permission
