SCOUT, is our recruitment system, it is used by Managers/ Team Leaders/ Supervisors to gain online approval through an email workflow, forms include:
- Employment Approval – replacing a position
- Recommendation for Appointment
- Contract Renewal/Extension
- Variation to Employment
- Higher Duties/Acting Up
