SCT04_Track Status of Approval Form

Once you have submitted your form for Approval, you can keep up to date on any progress by checking
the status of the form. The status may be:

1. Pending – form is waiting to be approved/declined
2. Approved
3. Declined

If declined, check the comments for reason. The form may need to be amended and re-submited.
