PEN76 Create a Medication Record

In this instruction you will learn how to create a medication record.

To create a medication record, please ensure that you have the following information at hand:

• Client/young person’s name
• The date the medication was prescribed
• The medication name
• The dosage required
• Frequency of how often the medication should be administered/taken

The information entered into the record must match the information as listed on the label of the medication.

Please Note: Do not lock the entry as this will prevent others being able to access the record.
