In this instruction you will learn how to add an Event to a client’s service file.
Service Events are similar to appointments and can be used to keep track of both contact and non-contact time.
Events might include (but not limited to):
- Doctors
- Counsellor
- Access
- School
- Swimming
Please Note: You can only book events if you are assigned to the Case and have permission
