In this instruction you will learn how to view a Case Note within a client’s service file.
Staff are required to keep accurate records of activities and events within all programs. All record keeping undertaken by employees of Junction must be of a professional standard.
Case Notes will include (but not limited to):
- All interactions with the client
- Observations
- Concerns
- Communications relating to the client with external stakeholders
Please Note: You can only view case notes if you are assigned to the Case and have permission
